This scene is one of the best in the series.  <3  You can see Molly’s inner strength.  She’s quiet and a little strange, but she loves Sherlock and she knows that he couldn’t care less about her.  She’s so pained by the fact that something is troubling him, and is so willing to do anything to fix it.  But you can see the hurt in her eyes when she tells him that she knows he doesn’t care about her.  And for the first time in his life, Sherlock SEES her.  And he’s astonished, because she’s stronger than he’s ever given her credit for. <3
